Settlements in Divar are made on the hilly regions of the island. The lands there are less saline than those near the khazans and as well have wells for the supply of water, allowing for the cultivation of crops throughout the year. Therefore, various kinds of flower-producing and fruit-bearing trees with large canopies are found here. Crows and small birds like sparrows and swifts are seen among these trees during the mornings. At night, bats fly around this area, feeding on fruits like mangoes, bananas, chikoos and papayas and live in shaded areas in buildings and very dense trees. â€‹
